Let me tell you that the entire experience of controlling your dreams can be intense and captivating. It is something that a human being does not feel everyday. Some people may call it a fantasy of sorts, however, truly speaking, controlling dreams isn’t a form of recreation. It has, in fact a number of useful applications like personal growth and development, overcoming horrifying nightmares, enhancing self-image and confidence, improving physical and mental health and facilitation of creativity in the context of problem-solving. For your benefit, some methods of dream control are outlined below:

  • Experiments conducted in sleep – Trained professionals conduct certain experiments to gauge one’s dreams. Later, analysis is done to come to a conclusion and take remedial measures.
